Avaya One-X Mobile app is showing offiline on IPSEC IOS-NATIVE VPN for Iphone or Ipad

Hi ,

Avaya One-X Mobile app is showing offiline on IPSEC IOS-NATIVE VPN for Iphone or Ipad.The all ports are open to the server .Server is pinging after the IPec connectivity but in the app server showing offline .In the forward logs status showing "close"

Need urgent support .Iphone is ios versin is 9.3.2.Fortigate version is 5.2.3
