Automatically Register AD Domain Joined Clients

Is there a way to automatically register computers that are joined to our active directory?

I am thinking when a new mac address is observed and the dissoluble agent does its scan it would be awesome if it did a WMI lookup or something to determine if the machine is on our domain.  If so just let it on.  Don't hijack the traffic in a captive portal and make the end user register.  If it is part of the domain than we like it.  Let it on.

Is this possible?
