Automatic Upgrade FortiClient EMS is enabled by default?

Hi,

I need to ask regarding default configuration for FortiClient EMS. In FortiClient EMS 7.2.12 did the “Let EMS schedule automatic upgrade” option under menu System Settings > EMS Settings is enabled by default?
I don’t think that I explicitly enabled this option, but I received notification EMS upgrade is available and the scheduled upgrade also has been set.

From the following documentation, there is no information that automatic upgrade option is enabled by default.
