automate traffic shaping

can i schedule the traffic shaping in fortiOS 5.4.x?

eg. i create policy to enable traffic shaping only during certain hours ?

I think it's a new feature of shaping-policy with 5.6.

For 5.4, if you use the old method using regular FW policy, you can set schedule like for any other policies.
