Automate - Disable FortiSwitch port when cable is disconnected

Hi All,

I have a FortiSwitch which managed via a Fortigate controller. Does anyone know how to create an automate task to automatically shut a switch interface when a cable is disconnected and then only can be then enable again by an administrator? Thanks

The event id should be 3269.
