Ask - Forticlient license status

hi there,

I just notice when I look on dashboard of fortigate, there is forticlient license usage.

it said already use 4 out of 10.

but when I looked on VPN SSL monitor on forticlient monitor, there is only 1 connected device.

my questions is:

1. how the system calculate the license?

2. how to unregister "old device/user" (if just suddenly happen), so I can register to another device/user?

3. I found on the fortigate manual, there is CLI command for to check forticlient configuration. before I continue, may someone guide/tell me about this command, line by line:

 # diag endpoint registration recalculate-registered-forticlients     # diag endpoint registration list (see the license)     # diag endpoint registration deregister <UID>     # diag endpoint registration recalculate-registered-forticlients (execute again)
