(ask) explicit proxy forti os 5.4

Hello i want to ask, Why after i configure explicit proxy i cannot browse to internet Notif in browser site is blocked by firewall I have configure policy in explicit proxy policy menu and i configure to block http and https traffic in ipv4 policy I configure my browser to use proxy But why still i cannot browse to internet? Are any another config that i must create? Anyone can help? Sorry for my bad english
