Archive Policy

I am a bit confused on how this works.

In the Storage Info I have a Data Policy Disk Utilization that looks like this.

Data Policy

     Keep Logs for Analytics 60 Days

     Keep Logs for Archive 180 Days

Disk Utilization

     Maximum Allowed 3TB   Available 3.8TB

     Analytics:Archive   70% 30%

     Alert and Delete When Usage Reaches 90%

What I don't understand is that the Graph on that page for the Archive Policy says

     43% Quota Used

     Keep Logs for 180 Days

     Actual Logs for 400 Days

what determines the Actual Logs?
