application shows firewall ip address

i enabled traffic shaping for one of my application in my network.

I have one server that is pushing content to the players in remote sites.

I am trying to use traffic shaping to manage the bandwidth to the sites.

ports used are http, https, tcp port 55511 and 55513.

when I turn on the policy, the server shows my firewall management ip instead of the players ip address.

is there something wrong with my policy

10.199.99.11 is my firewall ip address
