AP U321E not working after firmware upgrade

So last night I upgraded two of the U321E APs to the latest firmware v6.2-build0237. One of the APs came back fine but the other won't connect. I tried to access the console to see if I can try to reflash the firmware but all I get is garbage. I tried to enter the configuration mode but no wifi shows up. Are there any good instructions on how to reflash through the console, I afraid I might be missing something.
