any window of fortinet in windows 11 22h2

after I install the application and try to open it, no window pops up (even if it remains open in the background) as if I didn't click(i tryed FortiClientVPNSetup_7.0.3.0193_x64 and FortiClientVPNSetup_6.4.5.1657_x64). Online versions like forticlientvpnonlineinstaller_7.0 don't open it at all. Anyone know how to fix?
