AntiVirus and Webfilter and antispam Norworking please help

Hi Support ,

 

I facing a critical issue , i have FGT 100E new with OS v5.4.5,build6225 all subscription are green works fine , 

the issue is antivirus not work it means not scan traffic and test this with EICAR virus test not catch , and also web filter is open bay based every thing and also antispam filter not work ( i config all profile as well and apply it on all policy )

 

when try to change inspection mode form Proxy to fllow based every thing works fine for 30 min all filter works fine tested 

and when try to go again to Proxy inspection not work .

 

Please help me this device make me crazy

    Did the virus come in through encrypted traffic or unencrypted? If you aren't doing any type of inspection of ssl you will probably miss it.

    i try to set SSL/SSH inspection profile with full inspection but noting happen and the cert is installed on all browser

    the other thing is Advanced threat protection statistics file counter is 0

    and also web filter and antispam is not work also

    try upgrade firmware to 5.6.0 version or re-up the new firmware for this fortigate. I think there are some problem with the firmware
