Another FORTICLIENT problems that don't work Version 7.0.1.0083 server unreachable.

I try to connect to my firewall: Fortigate 40 ver 6.4.2. My old forticlient was out of dated, Unlicensed ¿¿?? and i need to download a new one.
I google and I can reach two versions:
(1) Download https://www.fortinet.com/lat/support/product-downloads VPN Forticlient File:FortiClientVPNOnlineInstaller_7.0.1.0083 That tell: Unlicensed VPN access is available until 29 oct. 2021 16:39:31
But I can connect.
(2) Download Free version from https://links.fortinet.com/forticlient/win/vpnagent that file: FortiClientOnlineInstaller_7.0.1.0083
that don't connect: "Vpn server will be inaccesible" !!!
What I'm doing wrong?
Where I can download previous versions of forticlient?
What's CORRECT and FREE VPN acces version?
