Always regarding PIM

I have a firewall configured with PIM dense mode connected with other no PIM node acting as multicast sources. The firewall receive correctly the multicast packets coming from the other nodes but do not reach to deliver to them the multicast sending from FW local interface. I expect that PIM deliver multicast packet anyway and do not attend some feedback from remote site unless they don't want  to receive specific group.

But my configuration do not accept to configure the remote node with PIM as well. 

My question is : In order to let PIM well run It has to create adjacencies  with other PIM nodes before deliver multicast packet?

How can I force the FW PIM node to send outside multicast packet to other node without PIM?
