Allow user to Override B.C. FortiOS v6.0.0

Hi, update my device to version 6.0 and everything worked fine, but I can't activate "Allow users to override blocked categories", because it doesn't appear.

 

 

How do I enable with CLI?

    The upgrade changes the system operation for proxy to flow based.  Go into 'settings' scroll all the way to the bottom and change operation to 'proxy'
