allow other sites internal firewall portal access over ssl vpn.

hi folks,

I  can't access my remote site FW admin portal via private ip connected via ipsec tunnel from HQ ssl vpn. Though when I'm in office network can access those other ipsec tunnel sites firewall portal from internal private ip. 

I know i can also access those fw using public  interfacing ip WAN but I do not want to go thru wan public Ip.
