Allow and deny Specific user

=> Allow/deny specific websites on specific users with scheduling

Do you have active directory integrated with fortigate?

if yes, just create group for users and from webfilter you can deny and allow website.

Deny video streaming, tv channels, MS updates, java, adobe, etc between 9 am to 5 pm.

you can do this from webfliter and create schedule you want from policy&object and assigned to policy

=> Allow windows updates, java, adobe and anti-virus updates between 1 to 2 pm

create policy and create schedule from policy&object and assigned to fwpolicy
