All the devices under Users & Devices are shown as "Other identified device", only displaying the mac addresses.

under logs,-Forward Traffic - it only shows the Source IP Addresses and Mac address of the devices connected on different VLAN.

Hi Iftikhar,

please check on the GUI > Network > Interface setting of the interface your device belongs to, whether "device detection" is enabled.
