All Ports open from External - Portscan with NMAP - how to close

Hi,

I did a portscan with nmap on my external IP-Adresses. Nmap shows all ports open, but in the logs i can see the traffic is denied by firewall policy.

 

Is there a way to realy close the ports? So that nmap don't list them as open?
