Alert Emails v5.4.0-build1019 160217 (GA)

I've looked all through the FMG and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to configure emails for alert notifications under v5.4.0-build1019 160217 (GA).

Can someone please point me in the right direction? Even if it's just a doc file that explains how to do it?
