Alert console message showing Device Add Failed

Hi I recently updated the Firmware version of Fortimanager 400C from image FMG_400C-v500-build0310-FORTINET to FMG_400C-v5-build0753-FORTINET and to FMG_400C-v5-build0780-FORTINET but aftersuccessfully updating the Firmware not Device is adding and on Alert console message showing Device add failed.

I am not able to ping the Device from Managerr while from any Fortigate 60D, Forti Manager is pinging. 

Please assist m eregarding the same.
