Alberta Netcare Issues

Hi 

 

I installed Forticlient antivirus on one of our clients Lenovo Think Center System. The moment they login into Alberta Netcare portal via Citrix Receiver, Forticlient is making really really slow. The reason why i got to know it was Forticlient making connection slow because the moment I shutdown forticlient, it works all good. I tried to do different workaround by disabling Web Security and also Block malicious websites, but connection is still slow. Can you please comment on this.

    What FortiClient version is this?

     

    Can you try disable all real-time protection options?

    Hi Chris

     

    I already resolved the problem. I have add an exception in exclusion list for citrix receiver and also disabling web security and block malicious websites. After implementing these steps, try going on netcare, its working all fine now. Thanks for your help.
