After Upgrade to FortiOS 7.0 the menu entry "webfilter" is not available anymore

Hello all, 

strange thing. I upgraded from FortiOS 6.4.5 to 7.0. And now the webfilter menu entry is gone away. My fortigate is running in NGFW Mode Policy-based (60E). I can edit all profiles directly in the policy. And i can call menu manualy with "https://myfortigate/ng/utm/webfilter/profile"

I have disabled webfilter, and enabled it again, but no menu entry.  I've testet this in an virtual machine, and it is the same, after the upgrade, webfilter menu is gone away. Has anyone been able to observe this?
