After update 7.2.3 (Device inventory identified as unknown)

Dears,

After updating my FortiGate 200F to OS 7.2.3, The device inventory no longer shows the software or hardware detection category as attached.

And all detected MAC addresses are not detected (other identified devices), Although device detection is enabled on all DHCP VLAN interfaces.

Is there any solution to this issue?

From your description it seems related to a known issue no 0855898

It will be fixed in 7.2.5
