After uninstalling forticlient, web filter and safe search still active

Hello,

After I uninstalled forticlient from a client's pc it still has his search results block, be it in google, youtube etc... I've searched the registry for any entrie not deleted, leftover files, browser configs, but I can't figure what still blockins his searches. It is tied to Forticlient, our company used its VPN for home office and this started after that.

Any help is very much appreciated.
