after I added the second FortiSwitch to Fortigate 60e , I lost the DHCP service ,wifi vla

after I added the second FortiSwitch to Fortigate 60e , I lost the DHCP service ,wifi vlan .

Now I lost the GUI browser to controll fortigate 60E . I only can login it by console .

I want to manully add the dhcp service , I got the error message :

Error message：

Regular(Ethernet) DHCP servers cannot be created on interfaces that do not have a static IP address.

object set operator error, -236 discard the setting

Command fail. Return code -236
