After Adding FortiGate 60E , Internet cutting on Windows 10 Only

Dears,

Kindly after Adding Fortigate 60E (Standalone) in Company Network Windows 10 cutting LAN and Internet, as Windows 7 Users working Good.

Scenario :

Having Two ISP,s

wan1 for Servers 

Wan2 for Users

As per configuration it works really good,no issue for traffic as it goes separately But on Windows 10 user,s cutting LAN and internet traffic.

After Starting Windows 10 user,s machine network works a few minutes but it comes very slow with passage of time and at one point  (8-10 Mints) it stopped working on both LAN Access and internet.
