Advanced filtering with 2 wan's

That's my first post and first using of Fortinet deviced. If something like my post was on the forum, sorry.

Ok. I'd like to make some web filtering. F.e. I have to wan connection. 1 DSL, 2 LTE. Two PC wired to fortigate. Can I filter connection like this:

youtube and streamming -> go always to dsl.

www/http/https -> go to LTE

p2p -> always to dsl

skype -> always to lte

etc.

Is it possible to do it in fortinet? And how to make it possible? Please, can you help me?
