administrator rights are required to start forticlient

HI Team

We are using forticlient VPN and 300C firewall from few days in our office we are facing issue in running application. Error message :administrator rights are required to start forticlient . user will be already administrator on the laptop.

 for that we tried to uninstall and re install the application some of them are solved but in some of the laptop we are finding new issue when we try to uninstall or install newly we are getting error message as IE is not supported as please upgrade to IE8 or more but in laptop IE will be latest only.

Kindly take this issue on ASAP as its effecting on more than 100 user
