Adding MAC Address in "Message meets Alert condition" Email Alerts

we have configured alerts and i am receiving but it contain the device ip not the MAC address so its hard to track MAC address ..

is it possible to record or add MAC Address in Alerts Emails ?

Hi bilal604,

Can you confirm if there is a layer 3 device between the host and the Fortigate?
Which firmware version you are running on Fortigate ?

Also, can you check if device detection is enabled on Network > Interface?
