Add Tag External each time the mail is answered.

Good day
Every time an external responds to my email, it adds a new "External" tag to the email.
How can I prevent it from tagging again if it is already tagged?

Are you configuring Disclaimer under Mail Setting?

You might have better luck using DLP Rules which can have granular rules to exclude tagging:
