Add new hub to an existing sdwan deployment

The current hub is internet or MPLS? Does the new hub would be internet or MPLS?

If both are internet and you are configuring ADVPN, you should not have problems if you are using ADVPN, you can check this link for guidance

If you are not using ADVPN and the traffic is routed from spoke a to the hub and then forwarded to the spoke b, any dynamic routing protocol would do the job.
