Add Device option is not available on FortiManager

Hello

I have a problem adding new devices on an ADOM when I put the mouse over the option Add Device I cannot click on it. It is like if the option is not available. This issue happens on multiple Browsers Firefox, Chrome, IE.

Any help will be really appreciated.
