AD Users not appearing in forward traffic log

Hi everyone!

We have a fortigate 100D. I have connected it to our AD using fabric connector and the connection works ok.

If I go to Monitor -> Firewall user monitor, I see all users from AD with its logons data (user name, ip address, traffic, method FSSO, etc.)

However, if I go to Log & report -> Forward traffic, I don't see any user information in logs, I only see Source address.

Why could be this happening? Am I missing some configuration?
