action :server-rst

may anyone help me

firewall fortigate DMZ log action :server-rst the client can't reach url web server

it suggests the server resets the connection the client tries to setup.

first check would be the server, does it see the traffic and respond with a reset for some reason?

Check local FW on destination server, probably denied by that. Or maybe some kind of IIS / nginx denial.
