Accidentally deleted FortiToken Mobile serial number.

I accidentally deleted the serial number and don't remember it. How do I recover it?

Hi,

steps to recover are simply the same as when you activated tokens before.

Go Create New, select Mobile Token and re-use redemption code again.

FortiGate will obtain just those missing tokens belonging to license according to redemption code.

All existing tokens and their assignments to the users are supposed to stay intact.

I don't have the redemption code either. Where can I obtain one. There should be 2 free serial number for each firewall but I deleted one.

Oh, sorry. I assumed falsely that we are talking about licensed tokens.

For demo tokens from trial license, kindly remove second token.

Then, once both tokens from that special license are gone, the top menu on FortiTokens page (https://<FGT-IP/FQDN>/ng/page/p/user/ftoken/) will start to show button "Download Available" which will retrieve those demo tokens back to your config.
