About UltraSurf extention on chrome browser

I blocked facebook on fortinet firewall, but this ultrasurf extension on chrome has  bypass to unblock fb

anyone help me to block this extention.

    In addition to the link shared by EMES, if you are using FortiOS 5.4 and above, Ultrasurf_9.6+ no longer requires deep-inspection. If deep-inspection is not possible in your environment, you could upgrade your OS.
