About Inline mode and explicit mode in Fortiproxy

I would like to know if a single fortiproxy appliance can be configure as both Inline proxy and explicit proxy on the network such that some desktop computers with proxy option configured (using explicit proxy) and some other client devices without proxy option (pass through Inline proxy) can access to the internet.
