About FortiClient Endpoint

Hello everyone! I'm new member here and have a problem to ask you for some help. Thanks in advance.

I'm a home PC user. I just knew FortiClient Endpoint today. But it displayed unable to access image server when I used online installer. I don't know why.

By the way FortiClient Endpoint is a free secure tool for PC user, right?
