Place on the fortinet support website, a list of known and acknowledged bugs per product, model, version, build. Even more customer friendly, identify if fixed: when, projected to fix, work-arounds, etc I can imagine how much time and patience is wasted on these forums and tech support cases trying to solve problems that have already been indentified by Fortinet. Fortinet, give us some " hope" , the people interacting with fortinet forums and support are typically people that impact dozens, hundreds and thousands of users...if the " firewall" is broken, who hears about it??? yes, we the admins....if we do not some answers for the CIO and CTO, we look bad and if we look bad, why should we consider fortinet the next time we have budget money....give us a break and some realistic optimism / hope.

I agree. Before I upgrade to the next MR I search the forum for others who have reported bugs and problems with that release. The impact of upgrading and then discovering all the problems yourself with users on your back is too high to take the risk.
