800C HA Full System Restart

Hi, first i apologise if this has been asked before. I have search i promise  we have a customer running FG 800C HA Active/passive. Is there anyway to restart the entire cluster? I have read there is an "exec shutdown" will this work if we are at the console? Or is it just the same as reloading the master, then reloading the "new master". I know with ASA's this is not the same as a full reload.
