Question

7.4.8 broke our ZTNA

After upgrading our FortiGate cluster from 7.4.7 to 7.4.8 yesterday, our ZTNA is no longer working. I don't see any external connections under ZTNA in the logs. Internal traffic with EMS tags is still working as expected. We are using the cloud version of FortiEMS. Has anyone experienced a similar issue after the update?

I'm struggling to understand the issue, as there are no visible error messages. The EMS server appears to be functioning normally — all connections are established, and clients show as connected  https://routerlogin.uno/ .

Hello @pralad

I suggest you recreate the Security Fabric connection both on FortiGate and EMS side, to restart the trust relationship between the devices.
