60e cannot turn on full SSL inspection

Using the default SSL rule, when I click on the IP4 policy and enable inspection, certification-inspection shows, but it is greyed out.

    More information please.  Specifics of the rule you're trying to modify, what services that rule is inspecting, and which security profiles you're using for that rule would be helpful.

    I suspect that Multiple Security Profile was not enable under System>Feature Visibility
