60D VPN Drop outs when load balancing is active

I recently updated a 60D to 5.6.0 and after enabled load balancing with two isp's.

Before we upgraded and added the LB, we had VPN to another 60B via IPSec and VPN in the 60D via PPTP and SSL-VPN and that was stable. after enableling the LB both PPTP and SSL-VPN are failing when the Load balancer is on..

i have edited the policies and they work, is there something that can be done to allow VPN to stay connected on wan1?
