6.2.X attempting to reconnect Chrome, Edge, not firefox

Every minute or so I get a message that fortigate is attempting reconnection. When I first started experiencing this problem it only impacted chrome. After an edge update it is now affecting edge. Firefox is still solid.  This is only happening on one of my systems though. On another system I can use all three browsers and I never get the message.  So it must be a setting that is shared by chrome and IE. I tried resetting everything to default deleting any cache and history but I still get the error. Has anyone else come across this problem and if so, has anyone found a fix for it?
