6.2 non free version of Forticlient....Support?

Question to Fortinet: Will Fortinet support 6.2 paid version of Forticlient? The free version does not allow "always on" this is why I ask since I use that feature 24/7. The support site does not have 6.2 non free version. Thank you

    I've seen this issue with limited functionality in the "free" 6.2 Forticlient as well. My issue is I can't download the non-free version from the firewall if the firmware on the firewall is less than 6.2. When clicking the link on the SSL VPN Portal page to download the client, I am instead redirected to the forticlient.com website, where I can only download the free client. 

     

    I have a ticket open with Fortinet on this, but so far have not reached a resolution. They can't even duplicate the behavior I'm describing, even though I've see it on multiple firewalls, testing in different operating systems and browsers, as well as from various source IPs....
