6.2.2 Compliance Verification Rules on Windows not properly detecting BitLocker

I hope it's just me doing something wrong..  I have several machines in a test group that all have BitLocker enabled, but only one system is showing up as being compliant.  My system is in the group and has three physical drives and an SD card and ALL are bitlocked, yet my system is listed at not compliant with the BitLocker detection in EMS.  I'm also on Windows 10 (1909).  Anyone else have an explanation or the like before I open up a ticket?
