5.2.3 WanOpt: Peer Monitor is empty

I have tried to set up WanOpt between a FGT60C (5.0.7) and a FGT60D (5.2.3).

The two sites are connected with IPSEC-VPN (Interfacemode) and WanOpt-policy for only CIFS is assigned to the actual policies.

I have selected "Any peers" on the actual Authentication-group.

WanOpt-Monitor shows some values itn both charts but when I open "peer Monitor" it show "No data". Does that meens that no optimization is taking place?
