3x VDOMS with 2x ISP's shared using SDWAN & Policy Based Routing

Hi,

I'm in the process of rebuilding our Firewall Setup and am looking for advice on this architecture.

I'm looking to share two ISP's across all 3 VDOMS.  2 of these VDOMS I would like to use SD-WAN and the 3rd I'd like to do policy based routing with failover.
