2 LAN 2 WAN with fail-over between eachother

Hello,

 

I want configure my 80E fortigate as per below,

total LAN= 

LAN 1

LAN 2

LAN 3

 

-LAN1&2 all traffic will goes through WAN 1.

-LAN 3 all traffic will goes through WAN 1. -If WAN 1 down then all traffic will goes through WAN 2. -If WAN 2 down then all traffic will goes through  WAN 1.   Please help...!!!!!!!!

    You can use one of these two methods:

    -SD-WAN - in the rules you specify which WAN link you prefer for specific source/destination IP, once one WAN is down the second takes over

    -static routing with Policy Based Routing (PBR) where you specify source/destination IP and which WAN should be used. By default the connection switch over when one WAN link is down, but sometimes the problem is behind the ISP router, so you can also use Link Health Monitor and remove the static route when something is wrong: https://help.fortinet.com/fos60hlp/60/Content/FortiOS/fortigate-networking/SD-WAN/Configuring_link_monitor.htm

     

    The difference between them is ability (of SD-WAN) to switch over between WAN links based on: jitter, latency and packet loss. In the second method the link is just up or down
